Billing & plans

• Update your card, download invoices, change or cancel your plan: open Manage billing in the app's sidebar — it takes you to our secure Stripe portal.
• On the annual plan and landed a job? Congratulations — use Cancel with a prorated refund in the app sidebar and the unused months come back to you automatically. That's the promise on our pricing page.
• A charge you don't recognize? Email us before disputing — we'll explain or refund it, same day where we can.

Something broken or confusing?

Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead — a screenshot helps enormously. "This doesn't make sense" is genuinely useful feedback; we act on it.

Your data

Your resume and job data are yours. Email us from your account address to export everything or delete your account — deletion removes your data and stored files and cancels any subscription. Your resume is never used to train AI models. Details in our privacy policy and terms.
